In early 2018, we, veterans and now the owners of Discount Annex, were experiencing numerous health issues, including cognitive fog, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and low energy, all of which stemmed from work and other daily stressors. Our journey to better health began with a desire to explore alternative methods that could improve our well-being without the side effects of traditional medication.
